It does not require having your website with Bouzon Digital — you can subscribe even if your site is hosted elsewhere or you have no public site at all. No lock-in, no setup fee.

No. The Bouzon Digital POS runs with every feature on an Android or Windows tablet or PC that stays fixed in the venue; a phone works as an extra order-taking device, with nothing to install; on iPhone and iPad (iOS) it works with limitations, because Safari cannot print to a printer on the local network. The kitchen printer can be any standard ESC/POS printer, connected over the network, USB or Bluetooth. We do not force you to buy "official" hardware from the vendor at marked-up prices.

The Bouzon Digital POS is Verifactu-certified: simplified ticket issuance with the AEAT validation QR, a chained hash and an XAdES signature is implemented and included in the base fee, with no separate module or upgrade cost. It activates with your FNMT certificate. One important clarification, because there is a lot of misinformation around this: you do not register the software in any census — that procedure does not exist. The AEAT states it literally: no prior registration of the SIF product is foreseen by anyone. The Bouzon Digital POS is cloud-based (no local install, and it keeps taking payments if the internet drops), runs on any standard hardware, integrates Bookings + Shop + Stock natively in one account and, unlike Hiopos or Lightspeed, needs no dealer hardware and no lock-in. Yes, with configurable modifier groups: the "Cooking point" group has 6 options (very rare · rare · medium-rare · medium · medium-well · well-done); the "Side" group allows multi-selection with price delta. Modifiers print on the kitchen ticket alongside the product. Assignable per category or per product.

Yes. Each location is a separate tenant with its own catalogue, cash close, and reports; the superadmin account switches between tenants in one click. Pricing is per tenant — no automatic volume discount, but we discuss it for 3+ locations.

It keeps taking payments. Offline the POS opens and closes tables, sends orders to the kitchen over the local network or Bluetooth, takes cash, card on an external terminal, Bizum and bank transfer, handles partial payments and closes the till. Every action is queued and syncs by itself when the internet is back, without ever duplicating a sale. What cannot happen offline: the fiscal receipt with the Verifactu QR (a provisional receipt prints and the fiscal one is issued on sync), QR payments via Stripe, and the Z report and historical till closes. Yes, with the "Table self-service (QR)" module: a POS add-on at +€14.99/month (POS + QR = €44.98/month). Guests scan the QR at their table, browse the menu, order and —if they want— pay from their phone. The order goes straight to the kitchen with the POS ticket: less running around for your team and faster table turnover. It requires the POS (it uses your tables, tab and till); not sold on its own. Works on any guest phone.

No. Bouzon Digital takes €0 of your sales. If your guests pay by QR, you only pay the payment-processor fee (Stripe, ≈ 1.5% + €0.25 per charge, the same kind your card terminal already charges) — and nothing on top. Don't want even that? Let guests order by QR and take payment at the table by card or cash: €0 processing.

No, and we would rather say so plainly: today that is a decision, not an oversight. The Bouzon Digital POS does not sync with other vendors' POS systems, does not take in orders from the delivery platforms that charge a commission per order, and does not offer a public API for developers. What it does bring is everything else connected out of the box, in the same account and with no third-party connectors: bookings on the same floor plan, orders from your own online shop (pickup, takeaway or delivered by your own staff) landing in the same kitchen, order-and-pay by QR at the table, Stock & Recipes drawing down stock on every sale, the Web Menu that publishes your menu, and Reviews. Online payments go through Stripe into your own account, and the kitchen printer can be any standard ESC/POS printer.

With the one you already have, because the Bouzon Digital POS does not connect to the card terminal: you charge the bill on your bank terminal and record the payment as card in the POS. The amount does not travel from one to the other: you enter it on the terminal. When you close the till you can enter the total the terminal printed and the POS checks it against the card payments it has recorded; the difference is the card tips.

Not for the POS: it is a standalone subscription, no website required. Bookings and the Online shop do sit on top of the Website. Table self-service (QR) and Incentives need the POS. Stock and Recipes works with the POS or with the Shop. Professional email sits on top of the Website or the POS. Reviews can be bought on their own.
