Bouzon Digital is a hospitality software studio based in Málaga, serving all of Spain. Founded by Pablo Bouzon, we build the eight modules a restaurant needs under a single account: Verifactu-certified cloud POS, commission-free bookings and waitlist, a zero-platform-fee online shop, stock control and recipe costing, order & pay by QR, reviews and reputation, professional email on your own domain — and the custom website that ties it all together. Why we started with hospitality
Spain has thousands of web design agencies. None of them own hospitality as a vertical. They ship generic templates, stock photos, unstructured menus and — in the worst case — booking systems that take a commission on every guest who walks through the door.
Bouzon Digital grew out of that frustration. We started working only with restaurants, bars, cafés and hotels — the most demanding sector there is: hours that change, menus that get updated, service in two languages and a till that has to balance every night. That means when we design your website we already know how a menu reads on mobile, how opening hours affect local SEO, which photos sell tables, and what copy turns a search into a booking. Hospitality is still the heart of what we do.
But solving hospitality properly left us with something that reaches far beyond the restaurant: software for any business that serves its customer in person. A hair salon that needs appointments and a website worthy of its work, an estate agency whose property portal updates itself, a local shop that wants to sell online without giving away a commission, a practice that needs real visibility on Google. We work with them too — see the cases by sector.
And we built the pieces the industry needed but nobody was offering without commission: POS (cloud, with table plan, kitchen tickets and Verifactu), Bookings (online table reservations with optional Stripe deposits and 0% commission per booking), Shop (e-commerce for takeaway, patisserie, bakery or small retail, 0% platform fee) and Stock & Recipes (recipe costing and true cost per dish).
Our work covers the whole business: from the Google search to the ticket coming out of the kitchen printer, the night's cash-up, and the professional email on your own domain. With or without tables involved.

With a background in industrial engineering and years in tech, Pablo saw something most agencies preferred to ignore: hospitality businesses are complex operations, yet they're routinely sold generic solutions built for everyone — and effective for no one in particular.
Bouzon Digital was born from that conviction: that a bar, a restaurant or a corner shop deserve the same digital infrastructure as major chains. Zero-commission bookings, integrated online shop, real Google visibility — without depending on middlemen who take a cut of every transaction.
Based in Málaga, with a technical mindset and hospitality as the school, the goal is one: help every local business compete online with the same power as the big players.
