Restaurant and beach bar POS in Rincón de la Victoria

Certified Verifactu · Bluetooth orders on the promenade · Same fee in summer and winter · No contract

Rincón de la Victoria changes skin twice a year. From June to September the seafront promenade fills with families coming out from Málaga and the beach bars light the espeto boat at lunchtime and again at night; the rest of the year, the customers are the people who live in Rincón, La Cala del Moral and Torre de Benagalbón, many of whom work in the city. For that you need a cloud POS that prints the order without relying on the promenade WiFi, keeps the costing of every anchovy dish and charges the same in August as in January, with Verifactu inside the fee, from €29.99/month. Setup by video call from Benalmádena.

Hospitality in Rincón de la Victoria

From the August espeto to the January set lunch, with the same till

Rincón de la Victoria sits about 12 km from Málaga city and works like two towns in one. In summer the promenade between La Cala del Moral and Torre de Benagalbón lives off the beach: espeto bars, terraces full until late and families coming down from the city. Out of season the resident sets the pace: the neighbour who works in Málaga and has dinner close to home or picks up food on the way back, and the visitors heading for the Cueva del Tesoro. A POS for Rincón has to cope with the first rhythm and not overcharge you in the second.

Certified Verifactu, no surcharge

Included from the first ticket: AEAT verification QR, records chained with a hash and XAdES signature. The certification is the responsible declaration that Bouzon Digital signs as the software producer, published at bouzondigital.com/en/legal/verifactu-responsible-declaration/. You register nothing in any census: all you need is your FNMT certificate. It becomes mandatory in January 2027 for limited companies and in July 2027 for sole traders, the latter right in the middle of the beach season.

The espeto cook gets the order even when the promenade loses WiFi

When the Rincón or Torre de Benagalbón beach fills up, the beach bar router cannot keep up. The order goes from the waiter's tablet to the printer by the espeto boat over Bluetooth SPP, with no router in between; and if the internet drops, the POS keeps taking payments and syncs as soon as the network is back.

Victoria anchovies, at their real cost

With Stock & Recipes, every portion of anchovies, every espeto and every fried-fish platter has its costing, and every sale deducts from inventory. Fish-market fish has no fixed price: when it goes up in summer, you update the ingredient and the margin of every dish that uses it is recalculated. It is an add-on to the POS or the online shop, so it needs one of the two.

The neighbour's takeaway dinner, in the same kitchen

With the Bouzon Digital online shop (a website-plan module), whoever is driving back from work in Málaga orders and pays on your website and the ticket prints in the kitchen when you accept the order, with no delivery platform and no Bouzon Digital commission. If you also use Bookings, the booking shows on the floor plan when you seat it and the waiter opens the order from that table (seating it does not open the order by itself). One account, one login and one invoice.

A fee that does not rise with the beach

€29.99/month in July, in Fiesta del Boquerón Victoriano week and in the quietest January, with no cap on tickets or tables. No setup fee and no contract: if the beach bar closes in winter, you cancel for those months. Over 24 months, against the ~€1,190 of a lightweight sector POS or the ~€2,640 of a proprietary-hardware one (advanced tier), the numbers come out in your favour, and support comes from a company in the province.

No need to buy a new till

Runs in full on Android and Windows; on iOS, with limitations, because it does not print directly. No server on the premises and no proprietary hardware, and updates arrive on their own. We get it running by video call, included in the fee, in under 2 hours, whether you are on the promenade or up in Benagalbón.

If you want more than a till

One of the 8 Bouzon Digital modules

The POS works on its own, but it shares an account with the bilingual website, commission-free bookings, the takeaway online shop, stock, QR and reviews: one login and one invoice. In Rincón de la Victoria that saves you from splitting the business between a booking app that charges per cover, a delivery platform that keeps a percentage of every order, a till installed on the premises and a web agency. Frequently asked

Questions about the POS in Rincón de la Victoria

How much does a cloud POS cost per month, and over two years, for a bar or beach bar in Rincón de la Victoria?
There are two fees: €29.99/month for the POS and €49.98/month if you add Stock & Recipes. Up front you only pay for equipment, if you do not have it already: a tablet and a kitchen printer, about €230 for the pair. Adding fee and equipment for a single terminal, 24 months of the POS come to about €950 and the version with Stock to about €1,430. Over the same period a lightweight sector POS reaches about €1,190, a proprietary-hardware one €1,640 (entry tier) or €2,640 (advanced tier) and a premium international one about €4,430. No setup fee and no contract: you cancel in whatever month you decide.
Is it certified for Verifactu, and what paperwork falls on me as a restaurant owner in Rincón?
The Bouzon Digital POS is certified and Verifactu is not charged separately. From day one every ticket carries the AEAT verification QR, and every record is chained to the previous one with its hash and signed with XAdES. That certification is the responsible declaration signed by the software producer (art. 13 RD 1007/2023) — here, Bouzon Digital — and you can read it at bouzondigital.com/en/legal/verifactu-responsible-declaration/. You do not enter the program in any register, because there is none; your FNMT digital certificate is all you need. What is down to you is using a system that has the declaration: working with an uncertified one carries a €50,000 fine per financial year. Dates: January 2027 for limited companies and July 2027 for sole traders, in the middle of the espeto season, so it pays to have it running before summer starts.
In August the promenade WiFi cannot cope. How does the order reach the espeto boat?
Over Bluetooth. In a beach bar on the Rincón or Torre de Benagalbón promenade, with the beach full and every phone pulling on the same router, the venue network is the first thing to go. The waiter's Android tablet or phone (or Windows PC) sends the order to a paired Bluetooth SPP kitchen printer, bypassing the router, and the espeto cook gets the ticket all the same. If the internet disappears completely, the POS keeps opening tables and taking payments. Promenade tables and tables on the sand take whatever numbering you set on the floor plan.
Can I see what a portion of Victoria-style anchovies earns me when the fish-market price changes every week?
Yes, with the POS + Stock & Recipes plan (€49.98/month): every dish has its costing and every sale deducts its ingredients from inventory. Indicative figures: a 200 g portion of fried anchovies costs ~€1.80 and sells for €9-12; an 8-sardine espeto, ~€2.20 cost and €8-11 sale price; 150 g of squid, ~€2.10 cost and €11-14 sale price. When anchovies go up in summer or in the week of the Fiesta del Boquerón Victoriano, you change the ingredient cost and the margin of every dish that uses it is recalculated; there are also low-stock alerts and a waste log. Stock & Recipes is an add-on to the POS or the online shop: it is not sold on its own.
My place is packed in summer and lives off locals in winter. Do I pay the same in both seasons?
Yes, the fee is fixed: €29.99/month in August and in February. The POS is cloud-based and does not cap tickets, tables or transactions, so neither the July weekends, when families from Málaga city head for the Rincón beaches, nor the September Fiesta del Boquerón Victoriano force you to buy extra licences. In winter, with an almost entirely resident clientele, you pay exactly the same. And as there is no contract, if your beach bar pulls the shutter down from November to March, you can cancel for those months.
Many of my customers work in Málaga and pick up dinner on the way home. Do those orders reach the POS?
Yes, if you add the Bouzon Digital online shop, a module of the website plan (+€19.99/month on top of the website): the neighbour driving back from Málaga city, about 12 km away, orders and pays on your own website, and as soon as you accept the paid order the ticket prints in the kitchen alongside the dining-room orders. Bouzon Digital charges no commission on those orders: only Stripe's standard fee applies, and the money goes to your account. If all you want is the till, the POS works just the same without a website.
Can I keep just the POS if another company runs my website and bookings?
Yes. The Bouzon Digital POS is a standalone €29.99/month subscription and needs no website of ours: you keep your site and your booking system and replace only the till. If you later move to the Bouzon Digital website with Bookings (from €9.99/month, which require the website plan), the booking appears on the floor plan and the waiter opens the order from that table; and with the Table self-service add-on (+€14.99/month), what guests order from the QR goes into the same kitchen queue.
How is it installed, and who supports a restaurant in Rincón de la Victoria or La Cala del Moral?
Setup is by video call and comes within the fee: the POS on the devices your venue already has, the menu, the printers, Verifactu and training for your team, in under 2 hours. Bouzon Digital works from Arroyo de la Miel (Benalmádena), about 30 km from Rincón de la Victoria via the A-7, and day-to-day support is by WhatsApp and email, in Spanish and English. We are a company from the province of Málaga: the espeto promenade, the Fiesta del Boquerón or the gap between a Saturday in August and a Tuesday in January need no explaining to us.
And if the internet goes in the middle of service, with the terrace full?
You keep working. Offline, the POS opens and closes tables, sends orders to the kitchen over the local network or Bluetooth, takes cash, card on an external terminal, Bizum or bank transfer, accepts partial payments and closes the till. Everything goes into a queue that syncs by itself when the connection returns, with no duplicated sales. What waits for the network: the fiscal ticket with the Verifactu QR (a provisional one prints meanwhile and the fiscal one is issued on sync), QR payments with Stripe and the Z report. The full table is at www.bouzondigital.com/en/pos-offline/. Direct printing over Bluetooth or the local network works from an Android or Windows device; an iPhone or iPad does not print directly, so its orders are printed by another device in the venue.
