Where do I read and send email?
Inside the Bouzon Digital panel, in the same session where you see bookings or the POS, and in real time. You can also add the mailbox to the email app on your computer or phone over IMAP/SMTP; the panel is the recommended access, because some apps show a warning about the server certificate.
Is it priced per user? How many mailboxes can I have?
It is not priced per user: the module fee covers the team. If you want to know how many mailboxes your business needs, write to us and we will work it out with you.
What happens to my current email? Do you help move it?
Yes. Sign-up, DNS and moving your old mailbox over are done by us, with no setup fee.
What do you do so my emails arrive and do not land in spam?
We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, the three records other mail servers use to check that the email really comes from you.
Does the domain have to be registered with you?
Yes: the module can only be delivered with the domain registered with us. If it is with another provider, it is transferred first.
Can I buy email on its own?
No. It goes on top of the Website or the POS, and it is not part of the one-off purchase.
