Named businesses, with an address and a public website, that work with our software every day: a grill house in Benalmádena, a bistro in Segovia and a café in Madrid. For each one we set out which modules are live, since when, what it solved and what they do with it today. The numbers come from their own dashboards; the quoted sentences are theirs, word for word.

In their dashboard
290 products and 72 recipe cards

The challenge. A neighbourhood grill house with a long menu, two languages and prices that move. What it faced is the usual mess: the live menu in the POS, the website menu in the hands of whoever built the website, and bookings arriving by phone or through someone else's portal that keeps the guest. Every change — a salad dropped, a mixed grill coming down in price — had to be repeated in three places and then wait for an outsider to publish it. When that takes effort, it stops happening, and the website ends up lying about what the kitchen actually serves.

What we did. One account with everything inside it. Their bilingual website (bardecarnes.es) carries the booking widget embedded in the page itself, so the table is booked on their own site and the guest's details belong to them. Behind it runs the Bouzon Digital POS, set up with the modifiers a grill house actually needs — meat doneness and side dish, product by product — and on top of that Stock & Recipes, which decrements each dish's ingredients at the moment it is sold.

What they do today. They have been with us since April 2026 and they change the menu once: they edit it in their own dashboard and it appears on the website, in Spanish and English, with no code touched and nobody to wait for. In September 2026 they rebuilt the entire menu that way — 290 products and 72 recipe cards in the dashboard — pulling dishes, renaming salads and fixing prices themselves, and the website followed the same day. Cost per dish and margin sit on the same screen they sell from.

“Tenemos un servicio de 10 con Bouzon Digital”
Bar de Carnes, over WhatsApp, August 2026, after a full service — “the service we get from Bouzon Digital is a ten out of ten.”

33 tables across room, bar and terrace

The challenge. A long-standing house in the centre of Segovia, with thousands of Google reviews behind it and three separate suppliers in front of it: an ageing WordPress site only a third party could edit, a paid booking platform charging its fee every month, and the restaurant's email sitting somewhere else again. Three invoices, three people to chase and, every time he wanted to change something as simple as the set lunch, the feeling of asking a favour.

What we did. He did it himself. He went to the pricing page, picked his modules, paid and was up and running without a single sales meeting: the first 100% self-service sign-up on the platform. The new domain was registered that same day and his bilingual website (elredebalturestaurante.es) was live in production, with Bouzon Digital bookings inside it, the menu editable from the dashboard, and the restaurant's email already on its own domain.

What they do today. Bookings come in through his own website with zero commission per cover and the guest's details in his hands. And they come in the way he wanted: he told us he would rather seat people himself — “I'd rather place them myself, depending on the bookings” — and his account runs exactly like that. The booking arrives with no table assigned; the system holds the capacity, the maximum party size and the two weekend and holiday sittings; a person places the table, on a real floor plan of 33 across dining room, bar and terrace. He updates the menu and the set menus himself, in both languages.

“Me gusta bastante lo que estoy viendo, dime cómo lo hacemos para poder empezar con vosotros”
Juan Carlos, El Redebal Bistro, over WhatsApp, 20 August 2026, the day before he signed himself up — “I quite like what I’m seeing, tell me how we get started with you.”

235 inventory items · everything in English

The challenge. Opening a venue from scratch, and doing it in English. A nine-seat café with a liquor licence and a breakfast and lunch menu, with nothing set up: no menu loaded, no printers, no way to close the till. What they did not want was what usually gets offered at that moment — a locked-down terminal, bought outright or leased over several years, which means paying for the vendor's hardware before the first coffee is served. And they needed to work in their own language, not translating screens as they went.

What we did. An ordinary Android tablet and an ordinary thermal printer, bought by them in any high-street shop, with the POS on top, the whole panel in English — account, user and till — plus Stock & Recipes. Since they only have one printer, the order prints on a single ticket with food and drink split into kitchen and bar blocks. The floor plan they built themselves, and they still edit it themselves.

What they do today. They opened on 29 August 2026 and the venue has run on it since: a daily till close with its cash movements, a full invoice whenever the customer is a company, and 235 inventory items so they know what they spend on purchasing each week. The simplified receipt with its Verifactu QR prints on every payment without anyone having to remember, because it lives inside the POS rather than being a separate upgrade. It is also the case that shows the POS stands on its own: Fat Rabbit has no website with us and no bookings module, and needs neither in order to trade.

“very intuitive, thank you!”
Marissa, Fat Rabbit, over WhatsApp, July 2026, the first time she used the POS.

Want to be next?

Tell us what you are running and we will tell you which module we would start with, even if it is just one: the POS is bought without a website, and bookings switch on over the website whenever it suits. No lock-in, and no commission per booking or per order. If you want to speak to one of the three before deciding, say so and we will ask them: we never hand out a client's contact details without their permission first.

And what you will not find here: testimonials written by us — the three quoted sentences are literal messages, with their date — logos of companies that are not clients, or unmeasured improvement percentages. The day we publish a result figure it will be against that same venue's own prior baseline, and we will say so.
