That said, the exact scope depends on your tax regime — if you're under the Spanish "recargo de equivalencia" retail scheme, your obligation may differ for retail sales. A partial or full return automatically generates the corresponding corrective invoice — no manually voiding the original ticket or creating a second document by hand. With the Stock module active, stock for the returned variant can be replenished automatically when a full-line return is processed.

Yes, if you have the Bouzon Digital online shop: every online order is automatically recorded as a POS sale and shares the same till, so your cash count and end-of-day close cover the counter and the online shop together — no reconciling two tills by hand. The product catalogue (prices, variants, stock) is managed separately in each channel — it isn't a single shared catalogue yet.

No. The POS works without limitations on any Android or Windows device —tablet, laptop or PC— with a standard barcode scanner (~€50–100) and a standard 80 mm ESC/POS thermal printer. On iOS (iPhone/iPad) it works with limitations, because it cannot print directly. We don't require you to buy an "official" terminal at reseller prices.

It keeps taking payments. Offline the POS takes cash, card on an external terminal, Bizum and bank transfer, handles partial payments and refunds (except refunds of a discounted ticket) and closes the till. Every action is queued and syncs by itself when the internet is back, without ever duplicating a sale. What cannot happen offline: the fiscal receipt with the Verifactu QR (a provisional receipt prints and the fiscal one is issued on sync), full invoices and gift receipts, QR payments via Stripe, and the Z report and historical till closes.
