Booking, payment and packages in one place. No marketplace.

Bouzon POS for hair salons brings the booking calendar, payment and each client's profile onto the same screen: the appointment becomes a charge in one tap, with last visit's colour formula and technical notes on hand. Bookings always live on your own website — never on a marketplace that takes a cut of every new client.

Correct VAT from the first sale

What's included

Appointment → payment in one tap

Opening the appointment from the calendar generates the ticket with the service and stylist already filled in. Charging is one tap, not rebuilding the sale from scratch.

Client profile

Visit history, technical notes (formula, timings, allergies) and what was sold. Any stylist at the salon repeats the exact formula without asking.

Session packages

An N-session package with VAT charged on sale, not on redemption — as required by law. Each redemption deducts one session.

Tips at the counter

Captured during the normal checkout, no QR required. The tip is split alongside the commission of whoever performed the service.

Per-stylist commissions

With the Incentives add-on (+€24.99/month on top of the POS): every sale is attributed to whoever performed it, and month-end payouts come straight from the POS history.

Verifactu certified

AEAT-validated QR receipt with chained hash and XAdES signature, ready for the January/July 2027 obligation. We guide you through activation when it's time.

Works offline

With the catalogue already loaded, the POS keeps charging at the counter even if the salon's connection drops — it syncs automatically once back online. The booking calendar needs a connection.

Gift cards

With the Shop module (+€19.99/month): sellable online and redeemable at the POS on the client's next visit. No separate spreadsheets or paper vouchers.

Comparison

Bouzon Digital vs. booking platforms for hair salons

Real 24-month cost for a 2-stylist salon, €35 average ticket, ~10 new clients/month via marketplace. Bouzon Digital's total includes an own website with SEO — marketplace platforms don't include one, you depend on their profile.

*Indicative estimate May 2026 with the scenario described above (2 stylists, €35 ticket, ~10 new clients/month via marketplace). Booksy and Treatwell commission models vary by contract and volume — verify current terms with each provider. Flowww doesn't charge a booking commission, but its real 24-month cost isn't just the fee: we include the monthly fee at the upper end of its published range (€59/month, a realistic tier for 2 stylists), onboarding (€750, the midpoint of €500-1,000) and estimated annual maintenance/support at 10% of the annual fee (typical for software sold with onboarding/setup) — all under a 2-year contract you can't exit even if the service doesn't work out, unlike our rolling month-to-month subscription.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most

How much does the POS cost for a hair salon or beauty salon?

POS only costs €29.99/month, as a standalone subscription — you can use it without a website or online booking, just to charge at the counter with Verifactu built in. If you also want online bookings on your own website, the combo is Website (€49.99/month) + Bookings (€9.99/month) + POS (€29.99/month) = €88.98/month, all under one account. No contract: if any month doesn't work for you, you leave — we'd rather earn your renewal month by month than lock you into a contract.

Do online bookings carry a commission, like Booksy or Treatwell?

No. Bouzon Bookings lives on your own website with Bouzon Digital — never on a third-party marketplace that takes a cut of every new client or charges a contract term. 0% commission on your bookings, always. By design we don't sell a "widget" to paste into a website hosted elsewhere — that way your domain, your SEO and every client's profile belong to you, not to a third-party app that decides which salon shows up first in search.

What is the client profile and what does it store?

A profile per client with visit history, technical notes (colour formula, exposure time, treatment, allergies) and what was sold each time. Any stylist at the salon — not only whoever handled the last visit — can repeat the exact same formula without having to ask or guess.

How does VAT work on session packages?

A single-purpose package (where the service and VAT rate are already known) charges VAT when the package is sold, not on each redeemed session — that is what Spanish tax guidance (DGT) requires. The POS gets it right from the first sale, without you having to track remaining sessions by hand or reconcile VAT at month end.

Can tips and per-stylist commissions be split?

Tips, yes — included in the base POS: captured directly at the counter payment, no QR flow required, something most hospitality POS systems repurposed for beauty don't handle well. Per-stylist commission payouts are the Incentives add-on (+€24.99/month on top of the POS): each sale is attributed to whoever performed it, so the month-end payout comes straight out of the POS history instead of being rebuilt from a paper diary.

Does it comply with Verifactu 2027?

Yes, it is certified for the Verifactu obligation (January 2027 for companies, July 2027 for self-employed): simplified receipt with AEAT-validated QR code, chained hash and XAdES signature. You do not register the software anywhere: no such registry exists. We sign the responsible declaration as the producer and it is published at bouzondigital.com/en/legal/verifactu-responsible-declaration/; your only paperwork is your own FNMT certificate. Just like with our hospitality clients, we set it up with you when it is time to activate it for your salon.

Does the POS work if the salon's internet goes down?

Yes, for charging: the POS keeps selling at the counter with the catalogue already loaded even if the connection drops — payments sync automatically once it's back. The booking calendar needs a connection (it's online by design): if the internet drops you can keep charging, but you won't be able to view or move appointments until it's back.

Can I sell and redeem gift cards?

Yes, with the Shop module (+€19.99/month on top of the website): they can be sold online (for example, to gift a treatment) and redeemed directly at the salon POS on the client's next visit — no separate spreadsheets or paper vouchers that get lost. POS-only, without the Shop module, doesn't sell or redeem gift cards.

Shall we set up your salon's calendar and POS?

We help you load your service catalogue and pricing, set up the POS — including per-stylist commissions if you add Incentives — and train your team. No contract.
