How much does Bouzon Bookings cost?
Bouzon Bookings is a module of the web plan: it adds €9.99/month to the base plan (from €49.99/month, no lock-in), or it ships included in the Premium one-off purchase (€999). Zero booking commission: you only pay the standard Stripe fees if you enable deposits.
How does it compare to TheFork, CoverManager or OpenTable?
TheFork charges roughly €2 per cover and keeps the customer relationship inside its marketplace. OpenTable charges a subscription plus a per-cover fee. CoverManager runs on a monthly subscription. Bouzon Bookings charges zero per-booking commission and never sends your guests to a third-party marketplace — bookings happen on your own website.
Who owns the customer data from each booking?
You do. Reservations land in an isolated tenant on EU servers managed by Bouzon Digital, exportable at any time. Confirmation emails are sent from your own domain ([email protected]) and the data is never shared with third-party marketplaces (TheFork, CoverManager).
Can I charge a deposit or guarantee per booking?
Yes. It is optional and configurable per shift, day or party size. The charge is processed via Stripe Connect: the money lands directly in your Stripe account with daily payouts. Bouzon Digital never holds the funds.
Does it work on any website or only on Bouzon Digital sites?
It is a module of the Bouzon Digital web plan — it is integrated natively into the website we design for you, with your colours, typography and shifts set up from day one. It is not sold as a standalone widget for third-party sites.
How long does it take to go live?
Activation after web plan sign-up. We configure your tables, shifts and opening hours, connect your Stripe Connect account (if you enable deposits), set up emails from your own domain and run a short training call before opening reservations to the public.
