If you later add a Bouzon Digital website, bookings and online ordering integrate natively with the POS (a seated booking appears on the POS floor plan with its ticket linked to it; QR table orders go to the same kitchen queue as in-person orders).
Does the POS include stock control and recipe costing for fine dining restaurants in Marbella?

What if the internet goes down mid-service?
It keeps taking payments. Offline the POS opens and closes tables, sends orders to the kitchen over the local network or Bluetooth, takes cash, card on an external terminal, Bizum and bank transfer, handles partial payments and closes the till. Every action is queued and syncs by itself when the internet is back, without ever duplicating a sale. What cannot happen offline: the fiscal receipt with the Verifactu QR (a provisional receipt prints and the fiscal one is issued on sync), QR payments via Stripe, and the Z report and historical till closes.
