Restaurant & venta POS in Ronda

Certified Verifactu · The same fee every month · No ticket or table caps · No contract

In Ronda the tables fill in waves: Holy Week, the Feria de Pedro Romero in September, the autumn of game and mushrooms, and in between the coach that leaves the coast in the morning, climbs up to see the Puente Nuevo and has its return time fixed. A cloud point-of-sale that splits the bill per diner, keeps working on 4G in a venta or a cortijo and tells you what margin the oxtail really leaves, with Verifactu inside the fee from €29.99/month. We get it running from Benalmádena.

Made for the Serranía

From the coach off the coast to the venta with no signal

Between the old town, the Mercadillo and the dining rooms of the Serranía, one venue lives three rhythms: the wave of day-trippers with a few hours to see the Tajo and eat, the weeks of Holy Week, Feria de Pedro Romero and autumn when visitors stay on, and the quiet midweek days. A POS has to let you take payment quickly in the first, get through the second without overpaying, and not depend on WiFi out in the countryside.

Certified Verifactu, no extra cost

It comes in the fee from the first ticket: AEAT verification QR, every record chained with its hash and an XAdES signature. The certification is the responsible declaration of the software producer, and Bouzon Digital signs it; you can read it at bouzondigital.com/en/legal/verifactu-responsible-declaration/. No prior registry: all you need is your FNMT certificate. It becomes mandatory in January 2027 for companies and July 2027 for the self-employed, in Ronda just as in the rest of Spain.

Split bills and, with Table self-service, express payment for the passing group

The coach leaving Marbella or Estepona has four or five hours for the Puente Nuevo, the bullring and lunch. The POS splits the bill per diner and, with the Table self-service add-on (+€14.99/month), the QR menu in Spanish and English avoids presenting it table by table and QR Pay closes the payment from the guest's phone, without waiting for the card terminal. The minutes saved at each table are what make a second sitting possible.

A fee that does not look at the calendar

€29.99/month in Holy Week, in Feria de Pedro Romero week, in the middle of autumn and in the quietest January: no seasonal surcharge and no cap on tickets or tables. No setup fee, no contract, no hidden modules. Over two years, against the ~€1,190 of a lightweight sector POS or the ~€2,640 of a proprietary-hardware one (advanced tier), the gap weighs, and support comes from a company in the province.

Costing for Ronda cooking

With Stock & Recipes, the oxtail, the stewed venison or the payoyo cheese board have their real cost per portion, and every sale deducts from inventory. Produce from the sierra has no fixed price: when oxtail or venison goes up in autumn, you update the ingredient and the margin of every dish using it is recalculated. It is an add-on to the POS or the online shop: it needs one of the two.

4G and Bluetooth in the venta, the cortijo or the winery

Where the countryside WiFi does not reach, the waiter's device leans on the mobile network and the order goes to the kitchen printer over Bluetooth SPP, direct, without passing through the router. If the internet drops, the POS keeps opening tables and taking payments, and syncs when the network returns. It serves as well in the old town as in Arriate, Montejaque, Benaoján or Gaucín.

With what is already behind the bar

Android and Windows get the full feature set; on iOS it works with limitations, because it does not print directly. There is no server to set up on the premises and no proprietary kit to buy, and improvements install themselves. For go-live we drive up to Ronda —we are based in Benalmádena, about 100 km away— or do it by video call; either way it takes under 2 hours.

Beyond the till

The POS is just one of 8 modules

You can start with just the till and later add a bilingual website, commission-free bookings, an online shop, stock, QR and reviews, on a single login and one invoice. For a Ronda restaurant it is a way of not having the business carved up between a booking app that charges commission, a delivery platform, a till installed on the premises and a web agency. Ronda and the Serranía

From La Ciudad and the Mercadillo to Arriate, Montejaque and Gaucín

Since the POS lives in the cloud and keeps taking payments even if the network fails, it suits a venue beside the Puente Nuevo, a bar on Calle La Bola or a countryside dining room in the Serranía just as well. If your business is outside Ronda, we come to your venue too.

Common questions

Questions about the restaurant POS in Ronda

What does a cloud POS cost in total for a restaurant or a country inn (venta) in Ronda?
The fee is €29.99/month for the POS alone and €49.98/month if you add Stock & Recipes. The minimum kit — a tablet and a kitchen printer, about €230 — is separate: fee plus kit comes to roughly €950 over two years with the POS and €1,430 with Stock. For reference, a lightweight sector POS lands around €1,190 over the same 24 months, a proprietary-hardware POS at €1,640 (entry tier) or €2,640 (advanced tier), and a premium international POS at about €4,430. There is no setup fee and no contract: you can cancel in any month you like.
I run a restaurant in Ronda: what paperwork falls on me to comply with Verifactu with this POS?
Almost none. The Bouzon Digital POS is certified: from the first sale it prints the ticket with the AEAT verification QR, chains every record with its hash and signs it with XAdES, and all of it is in the fee with no separate module. The certification is the responsible declaration of the software producer (art. 13 RD 1007/2023), which we sign and which is published at bouzondigital.com/en/legal/verifactu-responsible-declaration/. There is nothing to register the software with; all you need is your FNMT certificate. Dates: January 2027 for companies and July 2027 for the self-employed. In Ronda the autumn fills the old town too, so it is best to switch midweek, away from the October and November weekends: setup takes under 2 hours.
Can the POS cope when the coach from the coast arrives and everyone has to be fed before the return time?
Yes, and that is where it shows most. The group that comes up from Marbella or Estepona to see the Puente Nuevo has a timed meal: the POS splits the bill per diner and, with the Table self-service add-on (+€14.99/month on top of the POS), the QR menu in Spanish and English saves presenting the menu table by table and QR Pay collects from each guest's phone in under two minutes, without waiting for the card terminal. The POS is cloud-based and puts no cap on tickets, tables or transactions, so a whole coach needs no extra licences. If the person booking is a guide, bookings on the website plan accept a per-person deposit through Stripe.
In Ronda the peak is not in August. Does a POS designed for the beach still suit me?
This one does, because its fee does not follow the calendar. Ronda's strong weeks are Holy Week, the Feria de Pedro Romero in September and the autumn of game and mushrooms, with visitors arriving in weekend pulses and gaps between them. The POS charges the same every month, counts no tickets and does not run short on your busiest day. And with no contract, if one winter you want to cancel you do not pay out the rest of the year.
How do I know what I really earn on a portion of oxtail, venison or the payoyo cheese board?
With the POS + Stock & Recipes plan: every dish has its costing and every sale deducts what is in it from inventory. Indicative figures: oxtail Ronda-style costs ~€3.40 a portion and sells for €16-20; stewed venison, ~€3.60 cost and €17-21 sale price; a 150 g payoyo cheese board, ~€4.00 cost and €12-15 sale price. Oxtail can go from around €3.50/kg in spring to €5.50/kg in autumn and venison from €6 to €9/kg between September and January, just when it is ordered most: you change the ingredient cost and the margin of every dish that uses it is recalculated. Stock & Recipes requires the POS or the online shop: it cannot be taken on its own.
I already have a website and bookings with another provider. Can I take only the POS in Ronda?
Yes, and nothing that already works has to change. Bouzon TPV is its own €29.99/month subscription and does not depend on having your website with us: you keep your site and your booking system and replace only the till. If one day you add the Bouzon Digital website with Bookings (which requires the website plan), the reservation goes straight onto the floor plan and the waiter opens the ticket from that table; and with the Table self-service add-on, whatever is ordered from the QR menu joins the same kitchen queue.
Does it work in a venta, a cortijo or a winery in the Serranía where the WiFi barely reaches?
Yes. The POS runs in the browser and can lean on the 4G mobile network when the venue WiFi fails; the order goes to the kitchen printer over the local network or Bluetooth SPP, without passing through the router. If the internet drops altogether, you keep opening and closing tables, sending orders to the kitchen, taking cash, card on an external terminal, Bizum or bank transfer, making partial payments and closing the till; everything is queued and syncs when the network returns, without duplicating sales. Left out are the fiscal receipt with the Verifactu QR (a provisional one prints and the fiscal one is issued on sync), QR payments through Stripe and the Z report. Full table at www.bouzondigital.com/en/pos-offline/.
Can I serve tourists and wine-tour groups in English with the Bouzon Digital POS?
Yes. People who come from the coast or from a tasting at a Serranía winery often look for a table in English and want to read the menu in their own language. The bilingual QR menu is part of the Table self-service add-on (+€14.99/month on top of the POS), and the bilingual booking widget comes with the website plan (Shop and Bookings require the website). The waiter works in Spanish and the guest sees it in theirs, with no surcharge for the second language.
Will someone from Bouzon Digital come and get the POS running at my place in Ronda or a Serranía village?
Yes. We work from Arroyo de la Miel (Benalmádena), about 100 km from Ronda via the A-7 and the A-397 (around 1 h 30 min). Setup and staff training happen at your venue, in Ronda or in any Serranía village, or by video call if that suits you better. We are a company from the province of Málaga and support is in Spanish and English.
