Restaurant and venta POS in Coín

Certified Verifactu · Bluetooth orders with no router · Fixed fee at the Feria · No contract

In Coín it is not the beach that sets the pace but the town calendar: the weekday set lunch, weekends with families coming up from Málaga and the Costa del Sol looking for inland cooking, and two dates that fill everything, the Orange Festival in May and the August Feria. You want a till whose price does not move in those weeks, that sends the order to the kitchen even when the venue WiFi fails and that carries Verifactu inside the fee, from €29.99/month. Setup by video call from Benalmádena.

Hospitality in Coín

From a Tuesday set lunch to the August Feria, with a single till

Coín is an inland town in the Guadalhorce Valley, tied since forever to the market gardens and citrus groves. Its hospitality splits between the old town and the square, restaurants and ventas that spill onto roads like the A-355, and a clientele that mixes the everyday local with the diner who drives up at the weekend from Málaga, Alhaurín or the coast. There is spoon-dish cooking, sopa hervía, stews and plenty of produce from the vega; and there are marked dates, the May Orange Festival in the Plaza de la Alameda and the August Feria of the Virgen de la Fuensanta. A POS for Coín has to hold up at the quiet pace and not charge you more when the place fills.

Certified Verifactu, no surcharge

From the first ticket: AEAT verification QR, chained records and XAdES signature. The certification is the responsible declaration that Bouzon Digital signs as producer, published at bouzondigital.com/en/legal/verifactu-responsible-declaration/. You register the program in no census; your FNMT certificate is enough. Mandatory from January 2027 for limited companies and July 2027 for sole traders.

Orders reach the kitchen without relying on the router

In a roadside venta or restaurant, coverage and WiFi do not always cooperate. The order goes from the waiter's tablet to the kitchen printer over Bluetooth SPP, bypassing the router, and if the internet drops the POS keeps taking payments and syncs when it returns. Printing is done from Android or Windows; an iPhone or iPad does not print directly.

Costing for inland cooking

With Stock & Recipes, the spoon stew, the seasonal soup or the orange salad have their cost, and every sale deducts from inventory. When an ingredient price changes you update a single card and the margin of everything that uses it is recalculated. It is an add-on to the POS or the online shop, so it needs one of the two.

Takeaway from your own website

The Bouzon Digital online shop (a website-plan module) lets locals order and pay on your page, and the accepted order prints in the kitchen alongside the dining-room service; no delivery platform and no Bouzon Digital commission. With Bookings, the reserved table shows on the floor plan and the waiter opens the order from it. One account, one login, one invoice.

A fixed fee, whether or not the town is full

€29.99/month on a set-lunch Tuesday, in Orange Festival week and at the August Feria, with no cap on tickets or tables. No setup fee and no contract. Over 24 months it comes out cheaper than the ~€1,190 of a lightweight sector POS and the ~€2,640 of an advanced proprietary-hardware one, and support comes from a company in the province.

With what you already have on the premises

Runs in full on Android and Windows; iOS has limitations because it does not print directly. It needs no server or dedicated hardware, and updates arrive on their own. We leave it running by video call, included in the fee, in under 2 hours, whether you are in central Coín or at a venta on the outskirts.

If you need more than the till

The POS is one of Bouzon Digital's 8 modules

It can run alone, but it shares an account with the bilingual website, commission-free bookings, the online shop, stock, QR and reviews: one login and one invoice. For a Coín restaurant that receives diners from the coast in English and Spanish, that saves you stitching together an agency website, a booking app that charges per cover and a till installed on the premises. Frequently asked

Questions about the POS in Coín

What does a cloud POS cost for my venta or restaurant in Coín, per month and over two years?
Two fees: €29.99/month for the POS, €49.98/month with Stock & Recipes. You only deal with equipment if you do not already have it: a tablet plus a kitchen printer come to roughly €230. With one terminal, 24 months of POS add up to about €950, or about €1,430 with Stock. For comparison, over the same period a lightweight sector POS reaches about €1,190, a proprietary-hardware one €1,640 (entry range) or €2,640 (advanced range) and a premium international one about €4,430. No setup fee and no contract: cancel whenever you like.
Does the POS comply with Verifactu, and what do I have to do as a Coín restaurant owner?
Yes: the Bouzon Digital POS is certified and Verifactu comes inside the fee, with no surcharge. From the first ticket it prints the AEAT verification QR and every record is chained to the previous one with a hash and XAdES signature. The certification is the responsible declaration of the software producer (art. 13 RD 1007/2023), signed here by Bouzon Digital and readable at bouzondigital.com/en/legal/verifactu-responsible-declaration/. You register the program nowhere, because there is no register: you just need your FNMT digital certificate. Your part is not to work with an uncertified system, which carries a €50,000 fine per financial year. The dates: January 2027 for limited companies and July 2027 for sole traders.
My venta sits on a country road in the valley and the WiFi comes and goes. How does the order reach the kitchen?
Without depending on the router. From the waiter's Android tablet or phone (or Windows PC), the order goes over Bluetooth SPP to a paired kitchen printer a few metres away, and the kitchen gets its ticket even with the line down. A note on iOS: an iPhone or iPad does not print directly, so printing is done from Android or Windows. If the internet disappears completely, the POS keeps opening tables and taking payments, and catches up when the connection returns.
Can I know what margin a spoon stew or a seasonal soup leaves me when its cost moves with the harvest?
Yes, with the POS + Stock & Recipes plan (€49.98/month). Every dish carries its costing and every sale deducts its ingredients from inventory; if meat goes up in price or the valley's citrus season arrives, you change the ingredient cost and the margin of every dish that uses it is recalculated on the spot. There are also low-stock alerts and a waste log, handy on an inland menu with many slow-cooked dishes. Stock & Recipes is an add-on to the POS or the online shop: it is not sold on its own.
On weekdays I live off the set lunch, and at the Feria or the Orange Festival I cannot cope. Does the fee change?
No. You pay €29.99/month on an ordinary Tuesday and in the week of the August Feria, the May Orange Festival or a weekend when the venta fills with people coming up from the coast. The POS is cloud-based and does not cap tickets, tables or transactions, so there are no licences to extend for the peaks. And with no contract: if your business closes for a few weeks, you cancel for those months.
Can I offer takeaway to locals and have it reach the same kitchen?
Yes, with the Bouzon Digital online shop, a module of the website plan (+€19.99/month on top of the website): the customer orders and pays on your own page and, when you accept the paid order, the ticket prints in the kitchen alongside the dining-room orders. Bouzon Digital charges no commission on those orders; only Stripe's standard fee applies and the money goes to your account. If you only want the till, the POS works the same without a website.
I already have a website and booking system with another company. Can I take just the POS?
Yes. The POS is a standalone €29.99/month subscription and requires no website of ours: you keep your page and your bookings and swap only the till. If you later move to the Bouzon Digital website with Bookings (from €9.99/month, which require the website plan), the booking appears on the floor plan and the waiter opens the order from that table; and with the Table self-service add-on (+€14.99/month), what the guest orders by QR goes into the same kitchen queue.
Who installs the POS in Coín, and what is support like?
Nobody has to come to the venue: setup is by video call and is within the fee. We leave the POS on the devices you already own, with your menu, the printers, Verifactu and team training, in under 2 hours. Bouzon Digital is based in Benalmádena, about 40 minutes from Coín via the A-7, the A-357 and the A-355, and day-to-day support is by WhatsApp and email, in Spanish and English. We are from the province of Málaga: we know the difference between a set-lunch Monday and feria Saturday.
If the internet drops in the middle of lunch, can I keep taking payments?
Yes. Offline, the POS opens and closes tables, sends orders to the kitchen over the local network or Bluetooth, takes cash, card on an external terminal, Bizum or bank transfer, accepts partial payments and closes the till. Everything goes into a queue that syncs by itself when the connection returns, with no duplicated sales. What waits for the network: the fiscal ticket with the Verifactu QR (a provisional one prints meanwhile and the fiscal one is issued on sync), QR payments with Stripe and the Z report. The full table is at www.bouzondigital.com/en/pos-offline/. Direct printing over Bluetooth or the local network works from an Android or Windows device; an iPhone or iPad does not print directly, so its orders are printed by another device in the venue.
