Cookie policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy is published in compliance with article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE) and the Cookie Guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are files downloaded to the user's device when visiting a website that allow information about navigation to be stored and retrieved. In this policy the term cookies is used broadly to include equivalent technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and tracking pixels.
2. Cookies used on this site
2.1. Strictly necessary cookies (technical)
Essential for the website to function and do not require consent. Mostly stored in localStorage, not in HTTP cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie-consent | Remember the user's choice on the cookie banner | Persistent (until manual removal) | Bouzon Digital (first-party) |
| theme | Remember light/dark theme preference | Persistent | Bouzon Digital (first-party) |
| cf_clearance, __cf_bm | Bot mitigation and attack protection (Cloudflare) | 30 minutes – 1 hour | Cloudflare (third-party, necessary) |
2.2. Analytics cookies (with consent)
Loaded only if the user accepts in the banner. Help us understand how the site is used.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| _clck | Anonymous user identifier for Microsoft Clarity | 1 year | Microsoft Clarity (third-party) |
| _clsk | Session information for Microsoft Clarity | 1 day | Microsoft Clarity (third-party) |
| CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, SM | Operational Microsoft cookies (Clarity) | 30 days – 1 year | Microsoft (third-party) |
Microsoft Clarity is loaded by default in cookieless mode (clarity("consent", false) before the script); the cookies above are only set if the user grants analytics consent.
2.3. Marketing cookies (with consent)
Loaded only if the user accepts marketing in the banner. They help measure campaigns and show relevant ads.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Owner |
|---|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Browser identifier for the Meta Pixel | 90 days | Meta Platforms (third-party) |
| _fbc | Click attribution when the user arrives from a Meta ad | 90 days | Meta Platforms (third-party) |
| fr, datr, sb | Operational and security cookies of Meta when the Pixel loads | Session – 2 years | Meta Platforms (third-party) |
3. Consent
On your first visit you will see a banner with three options: Customise, Reject and Accept. The reject option is given the same prominence as accept. Until you explicitly accept, no analytics or marketing cookies are installed.
Consent has a maximum validity of 24 months. After that period you will be asked again.
4. Withdrawing or modifying your consent
- Clear localStorage for this site in your browser (DevTools → Application → Local Storage → delete the
cookie-consententry) — the banner will reappear. - Configure your browser to reject cookies or delete those already stored: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge.
- For Meta Pixel you can also opt out at your Meta ad preferences.
5. International transfers
Microsoft, Meta, Cloudflare and other providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Adequacy Decision of 10 July 2023) when the provider is certified, or on Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise. More detail in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
Bouzon Digital may update this Cookie Policy to reflect technical or regulatory changes. The version in force is the one published at this URL, with the last-updated date shown at the top.
7. More information
