One account, your whole restaurant

Your whole restaurant in one account — from the website to the bar

Not three separate apps that never talk to each other. Natively wired modules with one login, one invoice and one support line: a seated booking lands on the POS floor plan with its ticket linked to it, every online order lands in the same kitchen, every tapa served draws down stock.

Comparison

Web agency, local POS, or both in one account

A web agency leaves you a good-looking website that runs nothing. A locally installed POS runs the bar, but does not build your website and does not own your bookings — and it brings a technician, a licence and hardware. Bouzon Digital joins both, in the cloud.

Tapas · Verifactu · Holy Week and the Feria

Built for tapas — and for the two weeks in April that are worth a quarter

In a tapas bar the same dish sells in three formats, and that is exactly where margin leaks unnoticed. Bouzon POS handles the format with a modifier group — tapa, half portion, full portion, each with its own price adjustment — so there is no need to triple the menu, and the format is printed on the kitchen ticket. With Stock & Recipes, the costing engine works out the real cost of each format from a single recipe.

During Holy Week and the Feria de Abril, Seville packs the busiest two weeks of the year into April. Being cloud-based, there is no local server to saturate and no extra per-terminal licence: you scale by opening the browser on one more tablet. The floor plan can be reconfigured temporarily for the caseta or the extra terrace and switched back afterwards. And the optional booking deposit turns those two weeks into your lowest no-show period rather than your highest.

From January 2027 (companies) and July 2027 (sole traders), Verifactu becomes mandatory. Bouzon POS ships the engine built in — record chaining with SHA-256 hashing and XAdES-BES signing — included in the base fee, not as a separate module. A web design agency cannot give you that.

Indicative costing (Seville tapas bar)

  • Salmorejo (full portion)~€0.90 cost → €4-6 menu
  • Spinach with chickpeas (full portion)~€1.10 cost → €5-7 menu
  • Ibérico pork cheek (full portion)~€3.40 cost → €12-15 menu

Stock & Recipes works out the real cost of every format — tapa, half, full — and flags it when the margin drops.

24-month cost (indicative)

  • Bouzon POS only ~€720
  • Bouzon POS + Stock ~€1,430
  • Camarero10 ~€1,540
  • Hiopos (full) ~€2,640
  • Lightspeed ~€4,430

Indicative estimate based on public pricing. Bouzon Digital has no lock-in, no setup fee and no proprietary hardware.

Bookings and orders

Commission-free bookings and orders — and you own the customer

The platforms take your margin and your data. With Bouzon Digital every booking and every order comes through your own website, at 0% platform commission.

Bookings vs. TheFork / CoverManager

Bouzon Bookings charges 0% per cover. The customer data (name, email, history) is always yours, never the intermediary’s. Stripe Connect deposits, an admin PWA with push notifications and ES/EN emails from your own domain. In a city where half of April’s bookings come from abroad, an English confirmation and a guarantee deposit are the difference between a table served and a table empty on the best day of the year.

  • 0% commission per booking
  • TheFork ~€2/cover · CoverManager ~€80/month
  • The customer data is yours

Orders vs. Glovo / Uber Eats

Bouzon Shop charges 0% platform commission. Only Stripe’s standard fee applies (~1.4–1.5% + €0.25 in the EEA), straight into your Stripe Connect account. Catalogue with variants, embed.js, a PWA with push and auto-printing to the kitchen. And one very Sevillian detail: during Holy Week, with the old town closed for the processions, platform delivery cannot get in — but pickup ordered from your own website still can.

  • 0% platform commission
  • Glovo / Uber Eats: 25–35% per order
  • Orders and pickup on your own domain

Built for Seville and its metropolitan area

Made for the tabernas and tapas bars of Seville

Seville is the capital of tapas: centuries-old tabernas in Santa Cruz and Triana, terraces in El Arenal and the Alameda, and a constant flow of international visitors who read the menu in English. The Bouzon Digital stack is bilingual ES/EN by default, the POS understands the tapa / half / full portion format, and the QR digital menu works in both languages. Being pure cloud it reaches Triana just as easily as Dos Hermanas, Alcalá de Guadaíra or the Aljarafe — support and onboarding 100% remote, with no technician visit and no call-out fee.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

What is the best restaurant management software in Seville?
Bouzon Digital is the only provider that puts the restaurant website and its whole operation in one account: bilingual ES/EN website, commission-free bookings, online ordering with no platform commission, cloud POS with Verifactu built in and tapas-format modifiers (tapa / half portion / full portion), and per-format recipe costing. One login, one invoice, one support line. In Seville the practical difference against the classic local POS vendors is the model: Bouzon is pure cloud — live from any tablet in minutes, with no on-site technician, no server licence and no proprietary hardware. From €49.99/month for the website and €29.99/month for the POS, no lock-in.
Does the software handle Holy Week and the Feria de Abril?
Yes, with no special preparation. April packs the busiest two weeks of the year into Seville. Bouzon POS is cloud-based: no local server to saturate and no per-terminal licence to buy, so scaling up means opening the browser on one more tablet. The floor plan is configurable, so you can lay out a temporary arrangement for the caseta or the extra terrace and go back to the usual one in May. And because bookings carry an optional Stripe deposit, those two weeks stop being your no-show peak as well.
Does the POS understand tapas formats — tapa, half portion, full portion?
Yes — that is exactly what modifier groups are for. You configure a “Format” group with tapa, half portion and full portion, each option with its own price adjustment, and the waiter picks the format when adding the product, without tripling the menu. The format is printed on the kitchen ticket next to the product. And with Stock & Recipes the costing engine works out the real cost of each format from a single recipe — which is exactly where margin leaks in a tapas bar.
How much does it cost to digitise my restaurant in Seville?
The website starts at €49.99/month (or €699 as a one-off) and includes hosting, domain, SSL, professional email and local SEO. You add Bookings (+€9.99/month) and Online ordering (+€19.99/month) as modules. The cloud POS is standalone from €29.99/month, and the POS + Stock plan is €49.98/month. No lock-in, no setup fee, public pricing.
Do bookings and online ordering carry a commission?
Not a platform one. Bouzon Bookings charges 0% per booking (against TheFork at ~€2/cover or CoverManager at ~€80/month) and the customer data is yours. Bouzon Shop charges 0% commission per order (against 25–35% at Glovo or Uber Eats); only Stripe’s standard fee applies, straight into your Stripe Connect account. During Holy Week, with the old town closed for the processions, platform delivery cannot get in — but pickup ordered from your website still can.
Why is a Seville web agency not enough?
A web design agency in Seville hands you a good-looking website, but it does not run the restaurant: no POS, no kitchen ticket carrying the tapas format, no recipe costing for the carrillada and no Verifactu compliance. A POS vendor sells you the till, but does not build the bilingual website for the tourist arriving in Santa Cruz and does not own your bookings. Bouzon Digital joins both worlds in a single account.
How is this different from a locally installed POS?
Seville is a stronghold of locally installed POS systems — ICG FrontRest / HostelTactil is headquartered here and these are long-established products. The difference is not quality, it is the model: local installation means an on-site technician for setup and for many incidents, manual updates, a server licence and proprietary hardware. Bouzon POS is pure cloud: live in minutes from any tablet, self-updating, Verifactu included as standard, no charge for adding terminals. Over 24 months, POS + Stock comes to about €1,430.
Can you support a restaurant in Seville if you are based in Málaga?
Yes, and we say it plainly: we work with Seville 100% remotely. Support is by WhatsApp and email during business hours, and onboarding — catalogue with the tapas modifier groups, Verifactu registration, printer setup and staff training — happens over video call. Because there is no technician to send out, there is no call-out fee and no waiting for a diary slot: an incident is resolved the same day from the dashboard.
