Restaurant management software in Álora
From the village to El Chorro, one system for locals and hikers alike
Álora has two sets of customers who rarely overlap: people from the village and its hamlets, who eat out all year, and Caminito del Rey walkers, who finish the route at El Chorro ready to sit down and eat. Bouzon Digital brings the bilingual ES/EN website, direct bookings (0% commission), your own takeaway orders (0% platform fee), the Verifactu-certified cloud POS and per-dish recipe costing into one account, with one login and support in Spanish and English. We are in Benalmádena, around 50 minutes away on the A-7 and A-357.

Website, dining room and kitchen talk to each other
When the group coming down from the gorge books through the website, their table already appears on the POS floor plan; when someone in El Puente orders takeaway, the ticket prints in the kitchen without anyone typing it; and every beer or ración rung up at the bar comes off the stockroom count. One login, one invoice and a single support number.

Your own website in two languages
From €49.99/month
The Diputación estimates that more than half of Caminito visitors come from abroad, and a Google listing does not show them your menu or let them book. We build a custom website in Spanish and English, with domain and SSL (professional email is a separate module, +€9.99/month), ready in a week.
- Spanish and English included
- EU hosting, domain and SSL
- Local SEO and QR menu

Cloud POS with Verifactu
From €29.99/month

- ESC/POS printers over USB, network or Bluetooth
- Verifactu / AEAT certified

Stock & Recipes
From €49.98/month
Produce from the valley changes price with the season, and a fixed group menu runs on a different margin from the à la carte. Update one cost and the system recalculates every dish that uses it, with an alert when anything drops below minimum.
- Stock deducted on every sale
- Recipe costing and real cost per dish
- Minimum-level alerts and waste log
Included in base plan
Local SEO
Included from €49.99/month
So you show up when someone searches "where to eat in Álora" or "restaurant El Chorro" after finishing the walk, with structured data and technical SEO in Spanish and English.
- Automatic Schema.org and sitemap
- Built with Google Maps in mind
- SEO in Spanish and English
Bookings, Shop and SEO are part of the website plan. The POS is signed up for on its own and works with or without the Bouzon Digital website; Stock & Recipes is added on top of the POS.
Comparison
A pretty website or a stand-alone till falls short
A restaurant in Álora needs the Caminito group booking, the neighbour's takeaway order and the lunchtime payments to go through the same system. A website that manages nothing cannot do that, and neither can a POS that does not own your bookings.

Cloud POS · Recipe costing · Verifactu
One till for the weekday menu, another pace for Caminito Saturdays
Monday to Friday, a bar in Álora serves breakfasts and the menú del día to people from the village and nearby hamlets. At the weekend the pace is set by those who have walked the Caminito del Rey: they arrive in groups, hungry, and often with the return train time on their minds. The Bouzon Digital POS changes the menu from a phone in a minute, and with QR Pay each diner pays their own share from the table.
Verifactu becomes mandatory in January 2027 for companies and in July 2027 for the self-employed. The POS includes it certified, with chained SHA-256 fingerprinting and the XAdES-BES signature already built in, at no extra charge. A website that manages nothing cannot give you that.
What shifts the margin in Álora
- Produce from the valley's market gardensprice that varies with the season
- Fixed menus for groupsa different margin from the à la carte
- Feria de Álora (late July)more covers, faster keg turnover
Stock & Recipes works out the real cost of each dish and warns you when the margin drops. A recipe costing that is never updated stops being reliable as soon as one ingredient goes up.
24-month cost (indicative)
- Bouzon Digital POS (€29.99/month) ~€720
- POS + Stock & Recipes (€49.98/month) ~€1,200
- Proprietary equipment Not needed: your phone, tablet or PC
- Lock-in There is none
- Verifactu Part of the fee
Public monthly fee × 24 months. A POS installed on-site usually adds a licence, its own equipment and maintenance.
Bookings and orders
Every customer who books or orders stays with you
The hiker who comes back the following year and the neighbour who orders every Friday leave their history in your database, not in a platform that later rents it back to you.
Caminito del Rey and El Chorro groups
Whoever organises the trip to the gorge books lunch in advance on your website, in their own language, and leaves a per-guest Stripe deposit, at the amount you set. If they then fail to show, the empty table is not at your expense.
- 0% commission per booking
- Automatic confirmation in Spanish or English
- Customer data is yours
Takeaway orders in the village and hamlets
No middleman taking part of the ticket: just the standard Stripe fee (~1.4% + €0.25 in the EEA), charged into your own account. Catalogue with variants, automatic kitchen ticket and the order always on your domain.
- 0% platform commission
- Payments into your Stripe account
- Orders on your own domain
Built for Álora
A municipality spread across the village, the valley floor and the gorge
Álora has more than 13,600 residents (INE, 2025) spread over nine population centres and a wide rural area, around 40 km from Málaga city. Within its boundaries lie El Chorro, where the Caminito del Rey ends at the mouth of the Desfiladero de los Gaitanes gorge, and the El Chorro-Caminito del Rey railway station. Cercanías line C-2 links Álora with Málaga Centro-Alameda. The calendar is marked by the Cruces de Mayo on the first Sunday in May, the feria between late July and early August and the Virgen de Flores pilgrimage in September. We come over from Benalmádena, around 50 minutes away, for setup and training.
