Manilva · Sabinillas · Puerto de la Duquesa · Western Costa del Sol

Restaurant management software in Manilva

Your whole restaurant in one account, from the website to the kitchen

Manilva is the last municipality of the Málaga Costa del Sol heading west, and within a few kilometres it holds three ways of running a restaurant: the terrace at Puerto de la Duquesa, the neighbourhood bar in Sabinillas where many customers order in English, and the eatery up in the village among the muscatel vineyards. Not a website that just looks nice, and not a POS that doesn't own your bookings — it's your whole restaurant in one account: a bilingual ES/EN website, your own commission-free bookings and orders, a Verifactu-certified cloud POS that prints over Bluetooth on the terrace, and recipe costing that covers the wine you pour by the glass. From Benalmádena, about 50 minutes away on the A-7, with setup at your venue.

One account, your whole restaurant

Your whole restaurant in one account — from the website to the kitchen

Instead of a website on one side, a till on the other and someone else's platform for the tables, modules that already come connected: a booking made on the website shows up on the POS floor plan, a takeaway order comes out of the same kitchen printer, and every glass or dish sold deducts its own stock. One login, one invoice and support in Spanish and English.

Base plan

Custom bilingual website

From €49.99/month

A website made for your restaurant, in Spanish and English, that reads well on the phone of someone strolling round the marina or looking for dinner in Sabinillas. Domain, EU hosting and SSL included; professional email is separate (+€9.99/month).

  • EU hosting + domain + SSL
  • Local SEO + your menu, edited by you

Website module

Direct bookings

From €9.99/month

  • Stripe Connect deposits
  • Booking → POS floor plan, linked ticket

Website module

  • Auto-print to kitchen

Standalone

POS add-on

  • Automatic inventory per sale
  • Costing per dish and per glass
  • Alerts and waste control

Included in base plan

Local SEO

Included from €49.99/month

So you show up when someone searches "restaurant Puerto de la Duquesa", "where to eat in Sabinillas" or "restaurantes Manilva" in Spanish. Structured data and pages in both languages, at no extra cost.

  • Automatic Schema.org + sitemap
  • Optimised for Google Maps
  • Bilingual ES/EN SEO

Bookings, Shop and SEO are part of the website plan. POS and Stock are taken as standalone services and work with or without the Bouzon Digital website (Stock requires POS or shop).

Comparison

Why a web design agency isn't enough

The agency delivers the website and its job ends there: the till, the bookings and the stock are still your problem. A generic POS does the opposite — it takes payments but gives you no website and no booking channel of your own. At Bouzon Digital both halves sit in the same account.

Cloud POS · Marina terrace · Verifactu

A POS that copes with the August terrace and the January dining room — Verifactu-certified

In Manilva the same venue can go from a packed terrace in summer to serving mostly neighbours in winter, and the POS has to handle both. On the marina terrace, Bluetooth printing gets the ticket out even when the router is far away, and with QR Pay the table pays from a phone without waiting for the card machine. In the winter dining room, the digital menu is changed from the panel when a new dish comes in, with no reprinting.

Verifactu becomes mandatory in January 2027 for companies and in July 2027 for the self-employed. The Bouzon Digital POS is certified, with the chaining engine (SHA-256 hash + XAdES-BES signature) included in the base fee. It's something a web design agency cannot give you.

Three ways of working, one panel

  • Marina and El Castilloterrace, summer visitors, fast-turning tables
  • San Luis de Sabinillasyear-round neighbours, many English-speaking customers
  • Manilva villagetraditional cooking, local wine, harvest festivities

Stock & Recipes calculates the real cost of every dish and every glass, wherever the venue sits within the municipality.

Bookings and orders

Commission-free bookings and orders — and you own your customers

The customer who finds you in summer is the one who may come back in October, or recommend you to someone moving to Sabinillas. If the booking comes through a third-party platform, that contact stays there. With Bouzon Digital it comes through your website and stays with you.

Direct bookings in Spanish and English

No charge per cover, and each customer's name, email and history in your own database. The form and the confirmation are in the language of whoever books, and the alert reaches the owner's phone. For a table of ten on an August Saturday you can ask for a per-person Stripe deposit: if the group doesn't turn up, that money is already in your account.

  • 0% commission per booking
  • Confirmation in the customer's language
  • Customer data is yours

Takeaway ordering for the quiet season

When tourism drops off, takeaway orders from neighbours help keep the kitchen going. Your online shop charges no platform fee: only what Stripe charges to process the payment is deducted, and the money goes straight into your account. A menu with variants, a button inside your website and automatic printing in the kitchen.

  • 0% platform fee
  • Stripe payments into your own account
  • Orders on your own domain

Built for the western Costa del Sol

Designed for Manilva's restaurants, from the marina to the village

Manilva is the westernmost municipality of Málaga province on the Costa del Sol, with Sotogrande and Gibraltar a short drive away on the A-7. Its cores have little in common: the village, up on the hill, with its muscatel tradition and its Fiesta de la Vendimia; San Luis de Sabinillas, known to everyone as Sabinillas, by the sea and home to an English-speaking community that lives here all year round; and El Castillo de la Duquesa, beside the Puerto de la Duquesa marina and its terraces facing the boats. Bouzon Digital works in all three, and in neighbouring municipalities such as Casares and Estepona, with in-person setup from Benalmádena.

Frequently asked questions

Questions from Manilva restaurants

Which management software brings together the website, bookings and POS for a restaurant in Manilva?
Bouzon Digital puts the restaurant's bilingual ES/EN website, commission-free bookings, an online shop for takeaway orders with no platform fee, a Verifactu-certified cloud POS and stock control with recipe costing into the same account. In Manilva that means no separate supplier for the website, another for the till and a third-party platform for the tables. The company is based in Benalmádena, about 50 minutes away on the A-7. The website costs from €49.99/month and the POS, which can be taken on its own, from €29.99/month, never with lock-in. Contact: [email protected] · +34 641 80 06 53.
Does it work the same for a venue in Puerto de la Duquesa, in Sabinillas or up in Manilva village?
Yes, and it has to, because they are very different businesses inside one municipality. The marina terrace lives mostly off visitors and the summer; the bar in Sabinillas (San Luis de Sabinillas) serves neighbours all year round, many of them English-speaking residents; and the eatery up in the village, among the vineyards, keeps a calendar shaped by the grape harvest. With Bouzon Digital each venue sets up its own tables, menu and shifts, while the tool, the panel and the support stay the same.
A large share of my customers speak English. Can they book, order and pay in English?
Yes. The website, the menu, the booking form, the confirmation emails and the online shop all work in Spanish and English from day one. An English-speaking resident of Sabinillas, or someone driving over on the A-7 from Sotogrande or Gibraltar, can book a table, leave a card deposit if the restaurant asks for one, get the confirmation in English and settle the bill from their phone with QR Pay, without the waiter having to translate anything.
Can I include the local wine I sell by the glass in my recipe costing?
Yes. In Stock & Recipes each bottle is set up as an ingredient with its purchase price, and you define how many glasses it yields, just as with any kitchen product. If your supplier changes the price of the muscatel or the local wine, you update it once and the system recalculates the cost of the glass, the pairing and every dish that uses it, flagging the ones that no longer leave you a margin. It comes in handy around the Fiesta de la Vendimia, when local wine sells more.
What happens to kitchen tickets on a marina terrace where the WiFi barely reaches?
The Bouzon Digital POS prints to standard ESC/POS thermal printers over WebUSB, the network or Bluetooth SPP. On a long terrace at Puerto de la Duquesa you can place a Bluetooth printer near the service point, so the ticket goes out from the waiter's device without passing through the venue's router. No proprietary hardware is needed: it runs on the Android or Windows phone, tablet or computer you already have.
How much does it cost to digitise a restaurant in Manilva with Bouzon Digital?
The website costs €49.99/month, or €699 as a one-off payment, including hosting, domain, SSL and local SEO. On top you can add Bookings (+€9.99/month) and Shop (+€19.99/month) if you need them. The POS is a standalone subscription at €29.99/month, or €49.98/month with Stock & Recipes. Professional email is a separate module at +€9.99/month. There is no lock-in: if a marina venue closes over the winter, it isn't tied to a twelve-month contract.
When does my bar in Manilva have to comply with Verifactu, and does the POS comply?
Verifactu becomes mandatory for companies in January 2027 and for the self-employed in July 2027. The Bouzon Digital POS is Verifactu-certified: record chaining with SHA-256 hashing and XAdES-BES signatures is included in the fee, with no extra module. In a municipality where many venues do most of their trade in summer, the sensible time to switch tills is during the quiet months, not with a full terrace.
Do you come to Manilva to set it up and train the staff?
Yes. Bouzon Digital is based in Benalmádena, about 50 minutes from Manilva on the A-7, and the go-live, the menu upload and the staff training take place at the venue itself, whether it is in the village, in Sabinillas, in El Castillo or at the marina. We also work with restaurants in neighbouring municipalities such as Casares and Estepona. Ongoing support is given in Spanish and English.
