Bar Pinto

Bar Pinto is a village bar in Fuentenebro, in southern Burgos. Carmen, who runs it, wrote to us with a request as clear as it was honest: she wanted something simple. Charge, print the receipt, balance the till at the end of the day and feel at ease with the new law. She told us plainly — she isn't a tech person — and that's exactly the kind of client we work for.

We didn't oversell. A bar of coffees and beers needs no website or online shop, so we enabled just the POS, on the computer she already had. We loaded her menu and floor plan, and reduced the daily flow to three steps: open a table, charge, print. At closing, the cash close shows the day's total by payment method and works out any discrepancy on its own — no adding up by hand.

A very village-like detail: Bar Pinto uses a second terminal only a couple of months a year, in season. Because the POS is multi-device on the same account, that second screen is not an extra fee. All for €29.99/month, with no hardware to buy and no lock-in, and Verifactu-ready for 2027.
